Exciting news for kids and kids at heart: Airbnb is offering a one-night stay at FAO Schwarz.

Spending a night in the iconic toy store with free range to run around and play is the stuff dreams are made of, no matter how old you are. One lucky person (or family) that books this stay will have private access to FAO Schwarz’s “world of theater, imagination, and wonder” in New York City, according to a press release. (Airbnb notes in the listing that social distancing and other COVID-19-related guidelines apply to this stay.)

Upon arrival, you will be greeted by your host, a FAO Schwarz toy soldier, who will give a socially distanced tour of the two-story, 20,000-square-foot flagship store. In addition to having access to numerous games, puzzles, and toys for the night, the stay includes exclusive experiences—from taking a music lesson on the store’s iconic big piano to designing a remote controlled car and racing it down the halls, among many others.

In the bedroom, there’s a sleigh bed for the adults and bunk beds (with a slide!) for kids. The living room is filled with plush, life-sized stuffed animals ready for cuddling, plus velvet sofas and faux fur rugs. It even has a view of the Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree, which you can enjoy next to the warmth of an electric fireplace.

In the grand dining area—surrounded by shelves of toys and candy and dressed in red velvet—you’ll enjoy dinner and dessert, plus breakfast on the morning of departure.

In order to book a stay, guests must be NYC residents (and show proof via ID) and all live in the same household. Availability for this stay is on the night of Dec. 21, which opens on Dec. 15 at 12 p.m. ET on the Airbnb listing.
