Bizarre Bedroom: The Netherlands' Airplane Hotel

For a little out of the box (but inside the cabin) inspiration, check out this hotel conversion. It was once an airplane gracing the skies. Now it graciously greets guests.

This 1960, 120-seater German plane was converted into a first class hotel suite at Teuge Airport in the Netherlands. The plane boasts a sauna, jacuzzi, 24 hour hostess, and 3 flat screens. And that's not a before picture; the cockpit was left untouched to give guests a sense of what the plane once looked like.

What's more, after a good nights rest and room service, you can enjoy parachute jumps and stunt plane rides. Visit The Design Blog to get the full scoop.
