Aldi Is Selling a ’70s-Inspired Find for Just $5 (You’ll Want a Few!)

Based on just how popular wavy mirrors have been over the past few years (and how popular they continue to be!), the trend shows no sign of slowing down or disappearing anytime soon. And while the most high-profile wavy mirrors may not exactly be known for their low price tags — the iconic full-size “Ultrafragola” pink wavy mirror that Ettore Sottsass designed in the ’70s is selling for upwards of $13,000 on 1st Dibs, for example — Aldi is about to change all of that. 

Sold at Aldi by the brand Huntington Home, Aldi’s new wavy mirror is part of its newest slate of Aldi Finds that dropped in stores on July 17.

The mirror measures 10.24 inches wide and 16.61 inches tall, and thanks to its compact size, the find is easy to fit into all types of spaces, from a gallery wall in the corner of a large home to a tiny studio apartment. Plus, it features a sawtooth hanger on its back for easy hanging.

Unlike many similar mirrors, Aldi’s mirror features several different colorways: black, lime green, peach pink, lavender, and white so no matter what kind of color palette you’re working with, you’ll find a color to complement your mirror and your aesthetic. Or, if you’re having trouble choosing, you buy more than one mirror (or one of each!) and create a budget-friendly accent wall all on your own.

If you can’t fit in an Aldi trip to shop the item in stores, you can check out Aldi’s online shopping website and Instacart in green or white for local pickup and delivery options. 

Alternatively, Five Below is selling a version of the wavy mirror on its website for $5.55. 

Although it doesn’t have quite as many color options as the Aldi version (it’s only sold in white and pink), the item will ship right to your door.
