The midcentury modern trend isn’t going anywhere–it’s so prevalent we’re just as likely to refer to it by its initials, MCM. The prevalence of the trend also means you can now spend as much–or as little–as you want on these vintage-inspired buys. But rather than compromise quality for price, we like to find reliably affordable sites like AllModern that still sell things that will last. Happily, AllModern’s Warehouse Sale is happening right now through Sunday, with discounts of up to 65 percent off on hundreds of items, making them even more tempting. Even if you don’t have a completely MCM-inspired space, the pared-down aesthetic of these classic buys mean they would work well with plenty of other home decor styles as well. See our top picks below, and check out the entire sale here.

Zipcode Design Cazenovia Sectional, $509.99 (originally $1049)

Sectionals typically run on the high end, especially when compared to their sofa counterparts. This gray sectional is comparatively super affordable at just over $500—that’s a discount of 51 percent! Neutral, compact, and durable, it’s a perfect apartment piece that can move with you through the years.

Novogratz Her Majesty Platform Bed, $261.94 for Queen (originally $574.91)

This is my bed, and I’m moderately obsessed with it. The tufted headboard is sturdy and tall, giving it a luxurious feel that definitely does not match the very low price. Construction is easy, and with no boxspring required this is a low-maintenance option that’s ideal for apartment dwellers. I have the pink, which adds a soft pop of color to my otherwise white space, but it also comes in dark blue and gray upholstery.

Langley Street Magdalena TV Stand, $389.99 (originally $699)

This mid-century modern console is a steal at 44 percent off. Able to hold TVs up to 60 inches, it has ample storage space and a low profile, making it ideal for smaller spaces in which every furniture piece needs to be multifunctional. Even if you don’t have a TV, it can be used in dining and living areas to display art and decor and store anything you want to hide away.

Langley Street Brook Dining Chair (Set of 2), $106.60 (originally $252.05)

It’s a challenge to scroll through Instagram or interior design sites (ours included) and not see these dining chairs. Simple, stylish, and comfortable, you can find these chairs everywhere, but this current sale price is hard to beat. With 10 different colors and two leg options to choose from, you’ll have no problem finding the style that suits your space.

Zipcode Design Otho Sofa, $269.99 (originally $510.99)

Another great compact seating piece, this sofa comes in both light gray and charcoal and makes an unassuming addition to any space. The color and small size make it especially versatile—pair it with bright throw pillows and blankets, or go wild with rug patterns.

Zipcode Design Folkston Writing Desk, $92.99 (originally $139.99)

In need of a desk but don’t have a whole lot of room for one? This writing desk is the solution: narrow and drawer-less with inconspicuous legs, it can be placed in tight spots without taking up too much space. This is a good option if your “home office” also doubles as a bedroom or living area—this desk won’t stick out, and can also be used to display art or plants.
