Amazon Is Having an “Off to College” Sale On Most Of Their Devices

How is it already the middle of August? It feels like just yesterday we were planning our first beach day and now everyone is preparing for the fall. Every major retailer has already released their Halloween line. Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks are releasing all of their pumpkin-flavored drinks in just days. As summer comes to a close, that means kids and young adults are heading back to school.

For those students heading to college for the first time or going back after for their sophomore, junior, senior (or super-senior, no judgment here – college is tough) year, Amazon has your back. The online mega-retailer is hosting an “Off to College” sale and students are going to want to jump on it ASAP.

Obviously, you don’t need to be a college student to get these deal. Amazon users can pick from a number of different devices that are on sale. While most of the Amazon devices are on sale, not every device is.

If you’re looking for TV devices from the Amazon family, the Amazon Fire TV is $39.99 currently – that is $30 off! The Fire TV (not to be confused with the Firestick, which is not on sale) has 4K Ultra HD and it 40% faster than the Firestick. The Amazon Fire TV Cube is $89.99 during the sale (which is $30 off retail price). The Fire TV Cube controls your TV handsfree using Alexa. It is the first handsfree TV device from Amazon.

If you have always wanted to snag an Amazon Echo product, several are on sale for this “Back to College” deal. The Echo Dot is $10 off right now, while the Amazon Echo is $15 off. The includes all of the Echo colors, as some of the Echo products are most expensive than the basic model.

The Echo Plus is also on mega sale too right now – at a whopping $65 off. The Echo Spot is not on sale, but the Echo Show – which features a full screen – is $100 off at the moment.
