We've gotten quite spoiled thanks to Hulu, Netflix Watch Instantly, and the various networks who now offer their content online. Being able to watch something without having to wait for a disc is the bee's knees, which is why we're so excited about Amazon's new Disc+ On Demand service.

Amazon's new service Disc+ On Demand lets you buy hard copies of movies, as you normally would on the site, but instead of waiting for your disc to arrive in the mail you can download a digital version of your flick to watch the instant your purchase goes through.

Makes so much sense right? If you're going to own a movie shouldn't you own both disc and digital versions of it?

Currently there are 150 Blu-Ray titles and almost 2,000 regular titles available with digital bundles. Prices are comparable to buying a DVD or Blu-Ray through any other outlet, including iTunes which only offers digital downloads.
