Amazon is always looking for a creative new way to get you your packages as fast as possible. Now, the online retailer is hoping to turn subways and busses into roaming pickup locations.

If you take the same train every day, or a bus goes right by your house, mobile pickup locations could prove useful.

From drones, to crowdsourcing, to its own fleet of trucks, Amazon has tried no shortage of ways to get people their purchases faster. Amazon filed a patent for mobile pickup locations in February 2014 and it was made public last week by the US Patent and Trademark office.
