Amy’s “Goodbye Dumping Ground” Guest Room Makeover
Renovation by: Amy
Location: Albuquerque, NM
Our guest room + office space had slowly become the dumping ground for everything leftover in our home. After seven years, it was finally time to transform the room into a space that I actually wanted to spend time in.
The first few items were not all that glamorous. They included decluttering, rearranging and painting the wall white.
Next came, multiple DIYs and upcycled projects. I was able to reuse so many items and had to spend very little to give this room an update! All the furniture was existing and needed to stay.
The end result was such a difference and I can safely say, I love the space now! It makes me happy to go into our office and be productive. I’m surrounded by light cheerful color and many of my creative inspirations, what more could I ask for?
