Dear Team, This month, I want to share a different type of memo; one that is a nice fit for the peak of summer. And we have no idea what will happen to Jon, will he sit on the Iron Throne? Will he just be by Daenerys Targaryen’s side? We won’t know until the TV series concludes in 2019 (yeah, we’re not mad we’ve already waited one year and still have another to go).

As the baby boomers often like to point out, millennials aren’t buying homes, we’re renting. If you are already renting an apartment, townhouse, or renting in a single-family home, what else can you “rent” instead of buy? You can lease a car, obviously. Hell, you can lease purses and shoes, and even your entire wardrobe. Why not rent your furniture too? Anyone who has moved from one apartment to the next knows that moving furniture is a huge pain in the butt.
