If you’ve ever been caught up in a home design TV spiral—don’t worry, we’ve all been there—you know there are some pretty impressive properties out there. Touring everyone’s pads virtually on shows like Extreme Homes and Cribs makes us basically want to retire, buy a new tool set, and get to work on our own place. Since that’s not exactly realistic though, we found the second best option: renting one of these gems for an epic home away from home vacation.

Surrounded by national forest land in Breckenridge, Colorado, the “Seventh Heaven” house has 25-foot glass walls all over, which means panoramic views of Baldy Mountain, the town of Breckenridge, and the neighboring ski slopes. It also has five bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms to accommodate up to 17 guests, which means the $699/a night price tag will dwindle pretty quickly once divided amongst your crew.

This beautiful multilevel rental boasts five bedrooms (which can sleep up to 12 people), four and a half baths, and a wrap around porch and is only a seven minute drive to Baylor and the Magnolia Market, which means your chances of seeing HGTV’s favorite couple are pretty high, and getting your hands on some of Jo’s carefully curated decor items are even higher. The house also has a fenced-in yard with plenty of space for entertaining large parties and all the amenities you could possibly want or need. Rates start at $375 per night.

If you’ve ever wanted to live out a fantasy of spending a night in a tree house, now’s your chance. This romantic, tucked-away beauty is located in Atlanta, Georgia and rents for $375 a night, but it’s so worth it. A lit up drawbridge allows you to access your own private abode and once you’re inside you’ll witness the best part—the bed is on wheels, so you can roll it outside to sleep under the stars above the steam! There’s also a hammock deck immersed in thick greenery and a sitting room with antique artifacts, including 80-year-old windows of pressed butterfly wings and a plaster cast of a Siberian tiger paw. No wonder it was featured on the Today Show and Treehouse Masters: Ultimate Treehouse IV.
