If you were born in the 1970's or 80's it's likely your first home gaming system was an Atari or NES, and you probably have fond memories of hanging out in arcades wasting your allowance one quarter at a time. Relive your youth and show off your retro gamer cred with these awesome arcade living room furnishings and accessories from across the web.

This perfectly pixelated Space Invaders inspired couch is surprisingly grown up, with a sharp, edgy, industrial look.

Dress up your couch with a few of these kitschy Pacman pillows. Those pesky ghosts, the famous maze, and of course Pacman himself are all well represented in these assorted decorative pillows by the crafting community over on Etsy.

This creative (though perhaps, not terribly practical) shelving hack was inspired by Nintendo arcade classic Donkey Kong. Ikea hacker Casey customized a set of Ikea Lack shelves to look like the red girder platforms from the game, for displaying his vintage consoles and cartridges.

Classic Nintendo fans will also enjoy this Tetris block lighting set. Perfect for adding a splash of color to your desk, or for coffee table games of Tetris. The blocks light up when stacked together for a neat interactive lighting feature.

Speaking of coffee tables, last but not least we have this beautiful and functional NES controller coffee table (it actually works!) from makers Boho Workbench. Available models offer original Nintendo, USB or Wii compatibility (or even a non-functional model) with a glass cover to make it a bit more practical for display and use in your home.
