Baby Jar Chandelier

Add this one to the list of crafty reuse of baby food jars: how about putting your nose to the grindstone this weekend to make a project that comes directly from the recycle bin? That's exactly what Natural Home Magazine has in mind with this beautiful chandelier, perfect for springtime entertaining or getting ready for backyard grilling this summer...

It's made from repurposed barrel hoops, twisted wire, and baby food jars! The instructions can be found here, and while they may be a bit involved with all the wire twisting, you can make the chandelier as intricate or as simple as you'd like.

We think the rustic look is charming, but can see this in a more modern setting with fewer wire curly-cues. As soon as we can get our hands on some of those barrel hoops (maybe from antique shops or a thrift store?), it's on.
