Ban.do’s Latest Starbucks Collaboration Is The Epitome of Summer Fun

Lifestyle brand bando is known for many things—among them are planners and fun. The company’s latest collab with Starbucks leans heavily on the latter, and thankfully, it’s available just in time for summer.

The 12-piece drinkware and accessories collection is a follow-up to last year’s successful collab, where 75 percent of the merchandise sold on launch day. The limited edition collection for 2018 is inspired by bando’s sunny hometown, Los Angeles, and features colorful fruits, rainbows, a tropical floral, and a summer icons pattern. There are five Starbucks travel mugs for hot or cold drinks, as well as new versions of some popular bando products, like travel pouches, stickers and a watermelon cooler bag.

“Fun is our original brand pillar, and we always want our customers around the world to see our optimism, excitement, and positivity shine through our products,” said Ali Labelle, bando’s creative director. “This year’s collection is all about bright colors and beachy LA vibes—like an epic pool party. 2018 also marks ban.do’s 10th birthday, so it feels like the perfect time to celebrate summer!”

If you want to get your hands on these pieces, though, you might need to book a flight. The collection is exclusively available in Starbucks locations in Asia Pacific, including China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Korea, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Taiwan.
