44th President of the United States of America, Barack Obama, does not have sufficient closet space. The former first couple bought their DC rental in June, and it turns out there was a bit of tension over which member of the Obama family got which room.

Michelle stopped by The Ellen Show the other day and dropped some grade A Barack anecdotes. Since moving into private residence the Obamas have gotten back into the groove of regular life; opening windows, answering doors and Sunny & Bo are finally learning what a doorbell sounds like.

But the true gem of the interview was Michelle airing Barack's grievances against his closet situation. Because he was "busy being President" when they moved in, "he got so shortchanged on this whole deal. He doesn't have enough closet spaceā€¦ sorry! He's got the smallest room for his office."

The couple's youngest daughter Sasha, age 16, got the sweetest set up in the house, complete with her own living room. Malia, who is away at Harvard, also lost out to Sasha since "you don't waste rooms on college kids."

As Apartment Therapy readers know, it's not the size of the closet that matters, but how you organize it. And as long as the tan suit is easily accessible, he should be all good.
