Bed Bath & Beyond

Bed Bath & Beyond

It's time to review this NY staple, Bed, Bath & Beyond. We have a love/hate relationship with this big, mall-like shop because it IS a great place to go for so many household items, but it gets so CROWDED and often we find the quality and the depth of stock is low.

Bed, Bath & Beyond sells a broad assortment of name brand household goods, from clocks to vacuums to lighting and bedding, but we go there almost exclusively to get good prices on bedding, curtains, or bedroom and bathroom accessories - like wastepaper baskets and shower curtain liners.

Prices are GOOD, but not CHEAP. However, if you need it right away, Bed, Bath & Beyond will satisfy your craving.

NY Mag says: True to its name, the store stocks everything you could ever need for your loo or your boudoir. More...

With The Container Store across the street, Bed, Bath & Beyond may have lost a few customers at first, but this arrangement has also made that part of 6th avenue a great destination for household shopping as you can hit both stores.

Our only tip here is go on a weekday or early on Saturday to avoid the crowds.

There are many US locations, but the NY ones are HERE.
