Love it or hate it, “Fixer Upper” has left its mark on the design world, fueling a huge surge in the farmhouse decor style. It’s a challenge to find a retailer that hasn’t been affected by this trend–big name brands like Target and Anthropologie have all collaborated with Joanna Gaines to create their own lines of farmhouse-inspired decor. Now, Bed Bath & Beyond is jumping in on the look Gaines made so popular with their very first in-house collection, Bee & Willow Home. The expansive line has something for every room in the house, and ranges from large furniture pieces to smaller storage tools. Nothing in the collection is over $1,000, even the furniture, and the vast majority of items are priced under $100. We rounded up our favorite everyday home items in the collection below, and you can check out the entire line here.

Waffle Texture Comforter Set, $129.99 for Full/Queen

Waffle fabric is an underrated and lesser-known type of cotton that is mostly seen in towels and bathrobes, as it’s a super absorbent material. Bed Bath & Beyond is bringing the fabric to the bedroom with this comforter set that adds texture to an otherwise minimalist palette. The set comes with a comforter and two shams, and can be used all year-round–the weave allows air to flow through the fabric, so even though it looks and feels heavy, it won’t make you overheat.

If you’re need of a little spring refresh in your bathroom, consider this crisp shower curtain. The understated design makes it look way pricier than it actually is, making it one of those easy buys that instantly elevates a space. Made of cotton and machine-washable, it’s also easy to take care of.

Fireside Jute Braided Rug, $129.99 for 5’x7′

Jute rugs are an ideal choice for earthy, nature-inspired spaces (or just for those of us who just want something unfussy and neutral). Hand-woven with a braided texture, this rug is easy to take care of and is especially suited for high-traffic areas like entryways and living rooms. The classic natural shade will match whatever color scheme you have going on, but it also comes in charcoal or indigo for more of a statement piece.

Made of stoneware and finished with a white glaze, this dinnerware collection is the embodiment of farmhouse style. Simple and understated, any of the pieces in the Milbrook collection are suitable for everyday use–plus they will add some charm to your kitchen when on display. Products include dinner plates, mugs, a pitcher, and canisters of various sizes, all under $25.

Another true blue farmhouse style pick, this curtain panel (sold individually) is lightweight enough to let in the sunshine but still afford some privacy. It comes in three muted shades: sea glass (for a subtle pop of color), charcoal (for a darker vibe), and white (for a traditional look). Airy and sheer, it’s a curtain that’s meant to blend right in with the space and not attract too much attention.
