Be Neighbors With Beyonce and Jay Z At Their Former Hamptons Summer Rental

Care to tread upon the same hallowed earth as one Beyoncé Giselle Knowles? The Carters once spent a summer at this super luxe Hamptons mansion and now it is on the market.

Bey and Jay aren’t the only famous folks who have spent time at this sprawling mansion; Jennifer Lopez and Madonna also rented the house out at various points as well.

The home, which is asking $15.99 million, has eight bedrooms and eleven and a half bathrooms. At 19,000 square feet it was big enough to leave a sizable impression on Jay Z. “I felt like a little kid in a big haunted house in there,” he told New York Magazine. So while the price tag is steep, it does offer you the once in a lifetime chance to feel like Jay Z feeling like a little kid in a spooky situation.

“Goose Creek,” as the house is known, is chock full of luxurious amenities. There’s an exercise room, an updated kitchen and generous outdoor space with a large pool. There’s also a second pool indoors, along with a spa.

The home also has a 110 seat theater room, which has been used to host screenings of movies by the likes of Jake Gyllenhaal. Situated on 5.5 acres on a creek outlet, the estate offers plenty of space for long leisurely strolls.

The best part, though, is that this house is just across Georgica Pond from Bey and Jay’s own Hamptons home that they bought in July 2017. Get a kayak and be pond neighbors!
