Bey and Jay have been quite the busy real estate moguls as of late. The most recent deal? Queen B recently unloaded a Midtown apartment for a cool $9.95 million.

The NY Post reported Thursday that sources say that “the sale happened really quickly. They were hard to reach — there was so much going on.”

It has been a busy few months for the power couple; they welcomed twins Rumi and Sir in June, and have since had quite a few real estate deals go down, including dropping $88 million on a manse in Bel Air, and picking up a $26 million house in the Hamptons while they were at it.

While Bey and Jay have a penthouse in Tribeca, Bey reportedly kept the Midtown pad for family. The 44th floor apartment at 151 E 58th Street has three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, and 2,669 square feet. The unit has floor to ceiling windows where “dazzling views of Central Park, four bridges, and the majestic waterways of Manhattan are all on display,” the Corcoran listing states.

The Post also notes that mom Tina Knowles sold her condo in the same building back in 2011. One Beacon Court is a pretty posh full service building, with a private courtyard for vehicles, 24 hour doorman, concierge, personalized concierge service, fitness center, business center, play room, and valet parking.

Real estate dealings and growing family aside, Bey still had time to lend her vocal stylings to a remix of Mi Gente by J Balvin and Willy William. She announced on her Instagram Thursday night that her proceeds from the song are going to hurricane and earthquake disaster relief.
