When we saw these blackboard pumpkins we liked the instant drama they could add to Halloween decorating, but – even better – they’re an ingenious way for even the youngest kids to safely decorate their own pumpkin.
Jen of Indie Fixx made these beauties with black chalkboard paint (see her post) and embellished them with ribbon. Paint your pumpkins and let your kids loose to create spooky or friendly pumpkin faces. Even babies can do some doodling. These are also great for perfectionists who might need a few tries to get their drawing just right. How great would they look paired with some albino pumpkins?
Jen celebrates handmade crafts and their indie makers and we love seeing her finds – see for yourself at Indie Fixx.
