Books about Air Travel for New or Nervous Flyers

Flying for the first time can bring a mix of excitement and trepidation for children. (Parents traveling with young children may feel the same way!). Reading about flight, planes and airports can help prepare your kids for what they are going to see and experience.

Your children’s librarian can surely point you to some great books to take out (and many libraries loan books longer over the summer) and we’ve put this list together for you to explore. These are geared toward young children from toddlers to kindergarten.
