These interiors designed by Brian Patrick Flynn serve to illustrate an article about staging your home for potential buyers, but we're not unfamiliar with getting inspiration from such potentially contrived spaces. Flynn's are a case in point.
When it comes to staging, we assume the deal is neutral colors, inoffensive furniture and no personal effects. These vignettes seem to buck that assumption, with interesting artwork, unique lighting, and edgy elements like the pair of wooden horse busts protruding from a salon wall.
In the end, the goal is the same: to get buyers' imaginations going to encourage a sale. Perhaps this more daring trend in staging reflects the changing profile of today's home buyers.
