Brightland Just Restocked Their Constantly Sold-Out Strawberry Vinegar — and It Tastes Just Like “Summer in a Bottle”
We have some very juicy news for you, Brightland fans. Today at 12pm ET, the small brand and maker of our editor-favorite fancy olive oils, vinegars, and spice mixes is bringing back their limited-release Strawberry Vinegar: LUSH. Originally released this past summer, LUSH is made in partnership with Oishii, the largest indoor vertical strawberry farm. Following in the footsteps of other buzzy Brightland releases that have historically sold out in a flash, this LUSH x Oishii collaboration won’t be around for long. Our advice? You’d better act fast!

LUSH was Brightland’s very first vinegar created in partnership with another brand, and it instantly won over fans of both Brightland and Oishii. This well-balanced berry vinegar evokes memories of warm summer afternoons and sweet, ripe strawberries; it’s perfect for brightening up winter salads, cheese plates, and creamy desserts. When our own executive lifestyle director got her hands on it last year, she described it as “summer in a bottle” and drizzled it atop salads, grilled peaches, and cheese. “The best word to truly describe this vinegar? Summer. It’s bright, crisp, sweet, and, well, summery. I can’t wait to try it in panzanella salad and with some grilled chicken,” she said.
A very limited number of bottles of LUSH will be available for purchase beginning today exclusively on Brightland’s site. Trust us when we say this sumptuous vinegar won’t be around for long.
