Bud Wall flats

Nursery inspiration from …the kitchen? When we received the latest CB2 catalog, we were struck by the Bud Wall Flats. CB2 shows these peel and stick wall panels in kitchen settings, but we see them as being a subtle way to add life to a nursery wall. Eco-friendly as well as beautiful, these panels are made of pulp bamboo and come in plain white.

They come as a set of ten panels, 18″x18″, covering 22.5 square feet a package, for $99.95.And if you aren’t crazy about the white, they are paintable. We would be tempted to paint the background and leave the vines white, and equally tempted to give the kids paint markers and let them go to town coloring the whole thing. So far, we have only seen the Bud Wall Flats in the catalog – anyone seen them in real life? Are they as great in person as they are in photographs?
