Etsy is a no-brainer when it comes to shopping for handmade ceramic dinnerware. While there are tons of shops to browse from, we love Israel-based SINDstudio for its minimalist and sophisticated offerings. These black-rimmed ceramic pieces can be purchased separately or as a set of three.

Year & Day
Your daily bowl of cereal just got way more elegant, thanks to this delightfully simple set of black bowls from Year & Day. They’re the perfect upgrade if your existing bowls have seen better days, and are available in four neutral colors. While Year & Day doesn’t currently sell any complete sets (although you can build your own here), you can also purchase individual sets of big plates, small plates, big bowls, mugs, and more.

Anthropologie
Oh, Anthro, we can’t get enough of you! We were excited to discover that the retailer carries Farmhouse Pottery, one of our favorite ceramics brands. This set in particular caught our eye—and if you love the farmhouse style, you’ll love these gorgeous pottery pieces, too. Just note that they’re definitely a splurge, so you may want to build your collection slowly.

Our Place
Newer brand Our Place is all about promoting at-home dining, and these hand-painted ceramic plates certainly want to make us spend more time around our own kitchen tables. They’re also a customer favorite and have plenty of rave reviews, so you can feel confident in your decision to stock up. (And if you want more, you can also buy a set of four side bowls for $45.)

East Fork
East Fork is one of our favorite sources for minimalist kitchen goods—if you can buy them before they sell out. Currently, this dinner set is sold out, but should be restocked soon (you can plug in your email and get notified once it does). We love the mismatched style, and you can also buy the juice cup and cereal bowl to complete the look.
