I recently stumbled on this catalog shoot from Neptune — a U.K.-based producer of furniture, home decor and accessories. In it, the company shares their Henley industrial kitchen, and in the process, used an interesting material to finish off the space.
When designing the kitchen, Neptune designers used various sized tables from one of their collections to create new elements of furniture. While it's smart for them to highlight their products in new ways, it's also a clever design hack for the rest of us to remember for our own spaces.
How many tables do you see?
We count six:
- 3 smaller side table were turned upside down and mounted to the wall as open shelving;
- 2 larger coffee table are stacked on top of each other as a kitchen island; and
- 1 by the window, being a plain old table.
Did you catch them all?
