Before this post, I had never heard of Century 21 (the store, not the real estate company)—and no surprise, as all 14 locations are on the East Coast (throughout NJ, NY, PA, and FL). I’m so glad my eyes have been opened because it appears that in addition to being an old-school outlet department store that sells designer duds at deep discounts (similar in nature to Saks OFF 5th or Neiman Marcus Last Call), Century 21 also has a fantastic online offering of sophisticated home decor at Target prices. Let’s explore!

In addition to the aforementioned low prices—seriously, the first 10 items on this list total only $217.23—I’m impressed with the cohesive yet not matchy-matchy decor available at Century 21. You could easily decorate an entire room without creating the dreaded catalogue page look. In addition to the items here, there are lots of other excellent pieces, particularly mid-century modern-friendly items such as starburst mirrors, cowhide rugs, textile wall hangings, and schoolhouse clocks. But let me level with you: it takes a bit of digging to find the more minimal, modern type of pieces we’ve selected below. You’re going to encounter purple crystal angels, so if those aren’t quite your style, don’t get discouraged. There are a ton of gems waiting to be discovered.

This charming honeycomb rack with an acrylic base holds 9 bottles—but also serves as a graceful accessory or magazine rack, should you find yourself tragically out of wine.

Concrete is so beautiful, and this is the perfect type of concrete object: small enough to move easily, and kept at eye level so that it can be admired properly. The lovely gold-toned bulb adds warmth to the industrial base.

Velvet Ikat Jacquard Pillow Century 21, Starting at $20

Generously sized pillows like these could work on a sofa, but they’d be particularly luxurious on a well-dressed bed. They’re available in four subtle hues of plain velvet or in an ikat design.

Llamas are the new unicorns, haven’t you heard? Bring the trend home without much investment with this affordable cutie; it’s like the sophisticated version of a Chia Pet, and it would be equally at home in a chic kitchen or a playful kid’s room.

This rack has classic mid-century modern charm and could hold plenty of magazines or newspapers—and perhaps even throw pillows and blankets (or maybe even firewood)?

Here’s another darling concrete lamp, with clean lines that echo those of a crock. I may order this one for my bedside table once I’m done with this post!

Your foyer landing strip needs these metal baskets. Offered in three sizes (small, medium and large), use one for mail, one for keys, and one for sunglasses and such. When they’re not all in use, they can be elegantly nested.

Gold Dot Bins, Starting at $7

Collapsible and nestable fabric bins are great for closet storage (because closets can be/should be pretty, too).

This fascinating 30″x50″ rug is 100% cotton and machine washable, and though it features a wealth of patterns and textures, its neutral palette means it would work in a variety of decors.

Should you not be able to pick between this lamp and the previous two featured, just get them all and pair them together for a subtly coordinated look. None of them are too matchy-matchy, but they’d all look great together. Perhaps the concrete ones on nightstands and this one on a dresser?

Acrylic furniture tends to have that perfect vintage-futuristic charm; the generous slab of material is ultra-cool, while the wheels make it totally practical. Use it as a side table, a nightstand, a laptop table or maybe even a little bar cart.

This is a great price for a wood-slice table, and unlike many of its ilk, this one has gorgeous legs that are worthy of such a stunning top.

So fun and chunky! It would make a great addition to a living room—ottoman, side table, and extra seating all in one—especially since its playfully oversized design is perfectly balanced by its restrained hue.

This dynamic table has a great price for such a sturdy construction (that’s a LOT of metal and wood) and eye-catching design.
