Tiny houses aren't just a modern movement. The Quay House in Wales, also known as the smallest house in Great Britain, dates back to the 16th century!
The Quay House measures only 10 feet deep and under 6 feet wide. The pitched roof is just 10 feet high at the peak, yet the home is remarkably split into two levels.
It was used as a residence up until 1900, but the interior has been preserved to provide a glimpse of the lives of Welsh fishermen of the time.
