If you’re headed down south in the near future, you may want to book yourself a stay in one of Chip and Joanna Gaines’ Texas properties. The couple behind the Magnolia lifestyle brand just opened up their spring/summer bookings via Magnolia Stay, and it looks like we’re dragging our entire family down to Waco for the weekend. Girls trip, anyone?

“Ready to rest, unplug and get inspired? Our vacation rental bookings for July-September 2020 will open Thursday, Jan. 23 at 10am CT!” the official Magnolia Instagram account announced on January 21. “These fill up fast, so if this has been on your bucket list, come ready to book.”

And Magnolia means it when it says properties “fill up fast.” The three available rentals—Carriage House (pictured above), Hillcrest Estate, and Magnolia House—are already fully booked through June. So if you’re wanting to reserve a specific week within the July through September booking block, do so sooner than later. Looking at you, potential bachelorette parties.

Here’s how booking through Magnolia Stay works: When you book a weekend stay or a week-long vacation at one of the properties, you’re reserving the entire house. Keep in mind that there is a two-night minimum on all reservations—weekday bookings are only made in two-night increments whereas weekend bookings can be made in either two- or three-night increments. And rental periods can only start on Mondays, Wednesdays, or Fridays (check-in is not available on Sundays).

Rates range from $545 per weekday at Carriage House to $1,295 per weekend night at the Hillcrest. For reference, Carriage House, which was renovated in Season 3 of “Fixer Upper,” comfortably sleeps six, whereas Hillcrest sleeps 12 and Magnolia House sleeps eight. Each property has a full kitchen, free parking, wifi, and laundry in-unit so you’ll actually feel like you’re hanging out in your beautiful new Magnolia-designed house.

Oh…if only.

Getting back to reality will be no easy task after spending the weekend at one of Chip and Jo’s Waco wonderlands. To book your stay, head to Magnolia.com/stay and then gather the troops and trek down to Texas.
