Chip & Joanna Gaines Have Exciting Plans For The Original Magnolia Store
Joanna Gaines loves a bargain, and the Fixer Upper star is about to sell a few of her own.
Gaines announced she and husband Chip will reopen the original Waco location of the Magnolia Store as a “warehouse shop” this Thursday, PEOPLE reports.
In a tweet on the main Magnolia account, they wrote “We’re re-opening our tried & true Little Shop on Bosque as a #MagnoliaWarehouseShop! It will be open Thursdays-Saturdays from 10am to 5p.m. starting Thurs., March 22nd. The shop will feature last chance items & slightly damaged products at a discount. || 3801 Bosque Blvd.”

Joanna went into further detail about the shop’s origin on magnolia.com.
“In 2003, we bought our ‘Little Shop on Bosque’ and opened the first Magnolia Market. In that store, I developed and sharpened my design style and skills, grew as a business owner, and gained much needed confidence in Magnolia Market and myself,” Joanna wrote.
The couple decided to shut down the store after having their first two children, choosing to focus on their home construction business instead. Of course, the duo soon rose to HGTV fame with Fixer Upper, and went on to relaunch their retail business with the larger Magnolia Silos. Something tells us Chip and Joanna’s bargain store will be quite popular…
Chip and Joanna’s new show, Behind the Design, premieres Tuesday, April 10.
