Classic Toys at Back to Basics

Classic Toys at Back to Basics

When we recently received the newest Back to Basics catalog, we thought we were going to overdose on nostalgia. Just about every toy we had as a child (or wanted) was in the catalog. Too fun!

Anyone who remembers the television show "Family Affair" will recall Jodie's doll Mrs. Beasley. The quirky doll was featured so often on the show, she almost had top billing.

We had a classic Slinky, as a child, but always found the Slinky Dog to be quite interesting. Could you really walk it down the street as the commercials suggested? Or would it just end up a twisted, doggy mess?

And who could forget these two classics from Fisher Price, the TV which would keep you mesmerized, for what seemed like hours, and the borderline creepy chatter phone pull toy that would shiftily look left and right as it rolled along.

Whether you buy these for your children or for yourself (It's O.K., we won't tell) these classics will bring back a world of memories or start all new ones.
