This ‘Self-Cleaning’ Pillow Is Great If You Don’t Wash Your Pillows Often Enough

For a while now, wellness experts have been encouraging the masses to practice clean sleeping, which essentially means taking healthy measures to ensure that you receive quality rest on a regular basis. Obviously, the type of pillow you use play a large role in whether you wake up feeling refreshed and ready to take on the day, or like you need to hit the snooze button five (hundred) times before finally wrestling yourself out of bed.

Touted as the ideal pillow for side sleepers, stomach sleepers, back sleepers and snoring sleepers alike, the carbon infused memory foam pillow offers up solutions for various issues that prevent tons of people from getting adequate rest.

If you “sleep hot,” the Alpha’s Ice Silk Cooling Technology works to wick body heat and moisture away from you, resulting in a cooler sleeping environment, which can enhance sleep quality. The pillows air cells are designed to wick away moisture as well as reduce the humidity in your bed in half.

Alpha also contains silver and bamboo charcoal, a germ-free textile combination that stops mold growth, absorbs toxins, prevents odors, and minimizes bacteria.
