Tim Sheehan knew he was in for many years of hard work when he bought an abandoned New Orleans property six years ago. The grounds included a two-story 5,500 square-foot Greek Revival home and a ramshackle guest house, both in need of major renovations. Name:aka Wexford Girl Location: Size: Years lived in: It’s pretty obvious when you step into their house that Eric Rewitzer and Annie Galvin are artists. The first hint is the sheer amount of actual art throughout the house, much of it by one of the pair, but it’s their strong use of color, creative finishes, and attention to detail that really shines through and let you know you’re not dealing with just another rehabbed San Francisco home.

The tall ceilings and natural light make this already spacious and gorgeous house seem even bigger.
