There's nothing quite like pops of color and texture captured in Mexico (or any other country that's foreign to us). We learned that Cinco de Mayo is the "least significant" holiday around this time in Mexico, according to a Puerto Vallarta local we spoke with Saturday. Trumping this day are Children's Day (April 30), Labor Day (May 1) and Mother's Day (May 10) - all of which deserve lots of celebrating. More color below the jump!
