The renovation of a tiny suburban house in the Newtown suburb of Sydney, Australia is a lesson in restraint. Architect Christopher Polly designed the home to make the most of the small footprint but maximize light and space.
By keeping roof/ceiling lines sleek and uniform in the railroad-style floorplan, the Christopher Polly's spills out into a private garden in the rear.
