How did you use color in your space? I painted the vanity area minty green. This area is a little pocket and I wanted a pop of color separate from the pure white walls. The color is paying homage to The Beverly Hills Hotel. It's a nice clean color that puts you in a refreshed mood.

Describe your space:

My space stays true to its mid-century structure with a Palm Springs influence. Bright happy colors are sprinkled throughout the space with rock 'n' roll decor. I love my space because it's a true reflection of my personality and that makes it feel like an extension of myself. I feel very relaxed, inspired, and happy in my space.

Did you DIY anything in your space? And, if so, what's your favorite DIY?

I created an IKEA hack for the Tarva dresser. I stained it, painted geometric shapes on top of the stain, and added starburst hardware and hairpin legs.

How do you make your small space work for you and feel bigger than it really is?

I have a large floor mirror in my living room that really helps make the space look bigger. I also painted the beams brown in my living room, which added so much height to the space. I also have a patio that is right off of my living room behind French doors that I have fully furnished, which makes it feel like an extension of the house.

How does your home reflect you?

My home reflects my quirky personality and love for music and the West Coast.
