In planning my new dining room, one color combination that has come to mind is deep green and pale gray. Together they create a calm and natural feel, but variations can lend a little more life or mood to a space.

In Images 3 and 4, the pairing of charcoal gray and a darker green makes for rich and dramatic rooms. Images 1 and 8 show the peaceful possibilities of the color combination, while the introduction of chartreuse mixes things up (Images 6 and 10).
