This Cult Favorite Australian Brand Is Now Available in the US
If there’s something we’ve learned from our cadre of Australian House Tour participants, it’s that the folks down under are not afraid of color and pattern. Which is why we’re super excited that the cult Aussie home brand Kip & Co is now finally available in the US.
The clever, color-loving trio behind Kip&Co are sisters Kate Heppell and Hayley Pannekoecke, and their good pal Alex van der Sluys. Inspired by a shared passion for color and brave pattern, Kip&Co’s vibrant bedding options pack a punch, steering well clear of the usual white-on-white approach seen in so many grown-up bedrooms.
The three women started the indie brand in Melbourne in 2012, where their bold bedding quickly garnered a cult following. “People are definitely ready for a serious color injection,” they said in an email.
The Kip&Co catalog is created within a range where all of their prints could be thrown together to achieve a “brilliantly wild, but fresh and inviting look,” an easy way to achieve the goal of perfect pattern mixing (and that perfect Sunday morning Insta).
There’s even playful patterns for babies and kids (and kids at heart) like ice cream, sprinkles, popcorn, and dinosaurs.
Prices start at $59 to $70 for throw pillows, $99 for beanbags, $135 for duvet covers, and $209 for their dreamy and covetable tassel throws.
Beyond bedding, Kip&Co also makes travel accessories, tableware, robes, rugs, towels, and bags, so all parts of your life can be positively covered in pattern.
