Serving Utensils from Horne

We realize that this economic climate doesn't leave room for most people to splurge on a set of salad servers, but when we stumbled across the selection of sculptural utensils at online shop Horne, we felt the desire to share these beautiful photos. Many of these weighty, tactile pieces are handcrafted and, although they fall within the category of luxury goods, we think they could also fall into the realm of functional art. Just looking at the photos made us appreciate the simple shape of a spoon or fork...

From Italy: Morode Servers by Covo, $65
Designed in San Francisco with Teak from Thailand: Teakwood Salad Servers by Bahari, $31

Even if you're not in the market for kitchen items or tabletop pieces, we recommend checking out Horne's online inventory just for the lovely photos. For all utensils from Horne, click here.
