In my own home, I constantly fiddle and re-do my vignettes. Whether I'm bored or I just found something amazing at the thrift store, it seems flat surfaces are just an opportunity to do some merchandising chez moi. So when I ran across this series of images of the top of dabito's credenza, I was intrigued.
Dabito of Old Brand New is a man after my own heart, a thrifter through and through and a constant re-agitator of objects. Check out the images for how he tweaked his sideboard over a period of 6 months depending on mood and thrift store finds. It seems he follows Benita's advice for rotating collections. And since he lives in LA, I can only assume we're competing for the same finds — l love that teak lamp and the heart art!
