Didriks: Fine Housewares and Outdoor Furniture

Didriks is an independent, locally owned home furnishings boutique on the leafy outskirts of Harvard Square. But don’t let the small storefront fool you. This two-level housewares heavyweight offers one of the best selections of fine tableware we’ve seen in the Metro Boston area. It’s also one of the friendliest shops around.

Their unique collection includes Simon Pearce glassware and pottery, Heath Ceramics, Orrefors and Kosta Boda glass from Sweden, Pillivuyt porcelain from France, Match pewter, RÖSLE kitchen utensils, Mauviel cookware, and the full line of homewares from iittala of Finland — to name a few.

They also carry the complete line of Chilewich placemats, floor mats, and tote bags, linen napkins and tablecloths by Libeco Home, Merida Meridian wool and sisal area rugs, and fine outdoor furniture from Barlow Tyrie and Modern Outdoor.

In addition to their main web site, which boasts free shipping and an online gift registry, be sure to check out their newly launched sister site, Linens by Didriks, which offers the entire catalog of Libeco home linens from Belgium.
