Things we love about this property crush:

Owning this home would be like living inside of your screensaver. Named “Powder Blue,” this property is part of a complex called the Divine Villas, which happens to be a very appropriate name.

First things first: The outdoor space. This sleek and modern home is perched upon the waters and offers pinch-me views of the sea. A large outdoor deck is elevated and ideal for outdoor living and dining. Plus, there’s a huge and gorgeous pool with plenty of space for loungers.

Inside the three-level property is a living and dining area that looks upon the waters. And the kitchen is equipped with all modern amenities. Can’t you just imagine whipping up Moussaka while looking out to the sea?

The home boasts four bedrooms and four (and a half!) bathrooms, along with private balconies. Each of the rooms are designed with a chic and calming color palette (think lots of white with pops of gray and blue) that feels so beach-Greek.

In addition, the home comes with a shared tennis court and is just minutes from the town center and beaches of Crete.
