Dress Up Fun: DIY 3-D Animal Masks

Dress Up Fun: DIY 3-D Animal Masks

Brittany has a tutorial for some amazing masks over at The House That Lars Built. These are a step up from many masks, with dimensional features built upon a cardboard base. They are easily made from scraps around the house, and perfect for costumes, or just some pretend play around the yard.

There are ten animals to choose from, and I'm not quite sure which I like best. Maybe the frog?

Brittany based them on character illustrations from the children's book Cheer Up Mouse. Click to see the rest of the animals, the full tutorial and templates.

Thanks for sharing Brittany!
