Frequent Sephora shoppers know that the more they buy, the more Beauty Insider points they receive. Usually, these points can be put toward beauty products or money off their next purchase. However, Sephora shoppers are now able to put their points toward the National Black Justice Coalition, a nonprofit civil rights organization that fights against race-related employer discrimination, for criminal justice reform, and for better healthcare within Black communities, to name just a few issues at hand.

Points can be used at Sephora’s online Rewards Bazaar, which now offers an option to redeem points for real money put toward the NBJC.

“We’re proud to partner with National Black Justice Coalition—an organization that strives to empower Black LGBTQIA+ individuals and communities,” Sephora announced in a June 6 Instagram post. “We’ve donated to NBJC through our corporate giving program, and now you can support them too with your Beauty Insider points.”

Together, Sephora and its customers have already raised over $1 million for NBJC.

Customers who give 500 points will donate $10 to NBJC; 1,000 points is equal to a $20 donation; and 1,500 points gives $30.

To donate, all you have to do is log into your Sephora account and check out the Rewards Bazaar. There, you will see the option to give based on how many points you have accrued.  And, if you’re not yet a Sephora Rewards member, you can sign up here to start gaining points every time you shop.

Sephora also hosted Instagram Live interview with David Johns from the NBJC today, June 8 at 9 a.m. PT. You can watch it in full on their IGTV.
