Don't Hide Your Cleaning Tools... Flaunt Them

Don't Hide Your Cleaning Tools... Flaunt Them

Okay, so this post may not be for everyone, but we know there are at least a few people out there who obsess over which soap dispenser looks the best or where they can find one of those cool rolling industrial laundry baskets (here). If you like your cleaning supplies to look good, why not keep them out in the open?

  • Jeanine from Apartment Therapy Boston first introduced us to these amazing rolling laundry baskets. They're big, beautiful, and cool enough to be kept on view.
  • The idea in Photo #2 comes from Country Living—round up your cleaning supplies on turntable. (They show a bunch of Method products on an OXO Good Grips Turntable.)
  • The Shakers used peg rail to hang brooms and other cleaning tools from the wall, where they were kept free of dust. This photo comes from Hancock Shaker Village in Massachusetts.

  • Photos #4 and #5 come from the home of Max and Peter Kater, who own a green cleaning product company. They've filled their home with displays of beautiful cleaning brushes, soaps, and cleaning sprays.
