Does Anyone Make a Double-Size Vanity for Only One Sink?

Q: My husband and I are starting to research the cost of adding a master bathroom off our bedroom. We have a 100 year old craftsman(-ish) house and are very interested in doing something that will fit with that style (hex tile on the floors, subway tile on the walls). We've been able to find many of the fixtures and finishes that we'd like in the room and start to price out the project, but we are having one issue. We have the space for a double vanity (60"), but — and I know half of the responses here are going to tell us we are crazy! — we only want one sink:

Honestly, it is going to be a small bathroom, and rather that taking up all that counter space with a second sink, I'd love to use it as counter space.

However, I am finding it impossible to find a double vanity with doors on one side (so the sink plumbing will fit) and drawers on the other side (for storage). I figure we can do the countertop seperately, so that's not a problem. I will also be looking into custom cabinet makers in our area... but I was curious if anyone had any great internet resources that I haven't been able to uncover.
