Doug Vitarelli's Where is Olifant?

Can you spot the dinosaur in Central Park? His name is Olifant and he is yet another example of what goodness comes when parent and artist become one. When animator Doug Vitarelli's son wanted his dad to make up a bedtime story, Olifant was born.

We really love the way photography and drawings come together to illustrate the shenanigans of this funny little dinosaur. Currently, Olifant comes in the form of books and a really sweet, animated website full of delicately animated stories and activities. Lulu offers the books in audiobook format ($3) and in good, old fashioned paper format ($14).
