DriWater Gel Pac

Let's say you've got a garden going, it doesn't matter whether it is indoors or out, in a pot or in the ground - it's there and (hopefully) doing well. For those of us lucky enough to be planning a summer holiday, there is one more thing to take care of before heading out - who is going to water the plants? Has anyone used DriWater? We just read about it over the weekend...

We are thinking of giving it a try next time we take a trip.

For plant health and happiness, a friend or neighbor is always a great option, but if you are like us, with only a measly (but loved) 2 or 3 indoor plants - it just doesn't seem worth asking someone to come by.

DriWater is 98% water, held in a food-grade stabilizer - the time-release gel slowly allows the water re-liquefy as it comes in contact with the soil. It is NOT a polymer - it is organic and completely non-toxic.

A 9oz DriWater gel pac (enough for a plant for 30 days) costs around $2., so the price is right too.

Available directly from DriWater and at Menards.
