Dumbell Alarm Clock: Get Up and Give Me 30

I have never been a morning workout person. I have tried it a few times and the mix of half awake and weights over my head just didn't feel like a good idea. So needless to say, the thought of the Shape Up alarm clock waking me up in the morning is worse than either the Tyrant or the Alarm Puzzle Clock.

With the digital alarm clock display on one side, once the alarm actually goes off there is no snooze, no off button. The only to shut it off is to do 30 repetitions. How's that for motivation?
