We love seeing new pumpkin ideas for Halloween. Although I personally have been carving pumpkins since before I could write the alphabet (and have a few scars to prove it), this idea puts to use a roll of painter's tape and some fun fingerpaints. Want to see what this pumpkin looks like now?
Sherry & John of Young House Love turned to their trusty painter's tape to create stencils (ala freezer paper stenciling) and then let their daughter Clara loose with finger paints. The end result is the best of both worlds — a cool parent-designed feel with a kid-friendly look!
Check out more details including some adorable in process photos of Clara (because kids covered in paint are always more adorable when they don't belong to you) at Young House Love.
