Artemide Tolomeo clip light. This light retails for $167. The current bid is $52, with the chance to buy more at the same price. A row of three would look smart clipped to a bookcase.
Curving Fifties sectional. These are getting harder to find, so the reserve is probably above $1000. Shipping to Boston is just $85; to New York, $125. This voluptuous vintage sofa was reupholstered 8 years ago and the Donghia fabric is in good shape.
Forties wedding-cake topper. Perfect for nostalgic brides, or hipster brides who are into irony. I love the slightly naïve quality of vintage wedding cake toppers. The ostensibly happy couple always look a bit numb with fear.
Cast-iron farm pulley. Inspired by a collection (above right) at Lost Found Art, I combed eBay for vintage pulleys and found that many sell for around $10. This one has been beadblasted and repainted, so the price is $29.95, but you can easily find these surprisingly decorative farm implements in vintage condition.
